breakfast: bacon fat fried sweet potatoes, 2 strips of bacon, 2 eggs fried in ghee. a cup of coffee with coconut cream.
snack: banana with almond butter.
lunch: meat, avocado, sprouts, peppers .a few carrot sticks.
snack: tapioca flat-bread with all olive tapenade.
dinner: 3 garlic. lemon, & thyme chicken thighs on the grill & broccoli.

results: despite a stressful workday, i felt pretty great! no temptations or cravings to speak of!
hope the rest of you have as much momentum as i do!
anyone know if chebe buns are legal on WHOLE 30? could fall under the “swc” category.
check out this amazing breakfast sandwich i made last week before WHOLE 30 with chebe bread mix! ignore the gooey cheese…
i’d really like to bake some up tomorrow morning, but i’m not sure if it is “allowed”.
…let the cravings begin…
Your meals are inspiring. I like that you’re doing Whole 30 in style.
I’m going to go ahead and way in on the chebe bread. I think it probably falls into the sex with your pants on category. Also, it’s made almost entirely from tapioca starch, is it not? That must be some starchy bread, which I cannot imagine would be helpful for kicking sugar cravings. There’s my two cents! Keep up the great work!
laura- totally not what i wanted to hear. you’re kicked out of my blogosphere.
but seriously, i knew better than to think it was an acceptable daily behavior. it is made 85% from starch! i can not lie!!
but i love it!!!!!!!
thanks for saying i’m WHOLE 30 in style! honestly, i’m wingin it!
thanks for your input and for cracking the whip on me! keep me in line, would you?
