breakfast: sweet potato hash, 2 eggs, 2 strips bacon. coffee with coconut cream
snack: mixed nuts and an apricot
lunch: turkey sandwich with avocado, red peppers, and sprouts on tapioca flat bread, a peach.
dinner: ginger chicken legs and carrots. a few sips on izzie soda (it is fruit sweetened. i know, i’m over it.)
results: great day! still craving alcohol like it is nobody’s business, but holding strong.
