this is how we do it:

getting psyched up for WHOLE 30, i have been loading up on tasties and sweeties.

is this called a binge? probably.

last night i had some gluten free beer, hummus, and butter on my potato.

this morning, i had coconut almond waffles with 3 tbsp soft butter and a hefty splash of syrup.

rest assuredly, folks. lunch will probably be similar in the dairy department. i want to be sick of butter by the time i give it up tomorrow.
